Some small amends and bug fixes

2021-05-28: New version is available with some minor amends. Now it will only change the border colour to the warning colour (i.e., when someone's allocated time has elapsed) one second after the time limit. By default, this is 3 minutes and 30 seconds, so the border colour does not change until 3 minutes and 31 seconds.
